Learning and Productivity Mondays: Using to-do lists and Time-tables

We all have times where our life gets messy. Maybe it’s Work, School, or any activity for that matter, there are times when we our really busy and also confused on how we can handle our days. But how do we do it? I’ve got 2 words for you, Time management. Is it confusing? let me give a small explanation.

Time plays a significant role in our lives. When it comes to time, every second is spent by what you do, so we have to use it wisely. We use time management to manage how you are going to spend the time you have on various events. So in this blog, I will be giving 2 basic hacks on how to handle your days and organize them well.

Write down the things to do! -The number 1 thing to do is to note down what you are going to do in the entire day. Make a to-do list! This helps you track what you are doing in the day. After completing a task of the list you have to cross it out and move onto the next one. The more organized your list is the easier your schedule becomes.

Creating a timetable – This helps on what time you are going to do your daily activities. After listing down what you have done, put them in separate timings so you ‘ll know when to do them. A time-table is a much better and more organized way to do that. You can plan when to do your extracurricular activities like instrumental/dance classes, having video calls with friends, starting your project and so much more…

Wait a minute, we also have some tips to look out for when you are planning an organized schedule.

First tip is to not go overboard with your schedule activities. Planning your day is very important but don’t go too crazy while planning, you should not have your schedule too busy otherwise there won’t be time for you to relax.

The second tip is to stick to the schedule you make. When following your routine, make sure that you don’t get distracted by doing other unnecessary activities. This can break your habit from doing your routines. Don’t let procrastination slide you down!

And now we come to the end of the blog, I hope you found this helpful and check out my other blogs! you can check out my posting schedule in my homepage! Bye!
